Author and journalist Hank Nuwer has written two books on hazing and authored numerous articles.  Having been hazed as a pledge and having hazed others, Hank Nuwer intimately knows the dynamics involved in hazing.  Known internationally for his writings on hazing as a social problem and his groundbreaking book Broken Pledges, Hank Nuwer has actively written about hazing for over 20 years.   In addition, he has been invited to speak about hazing at numerous U.S. universities including Cornell, Indiana and Colorado.
